Her Korean-American roots have given her cross-cultural knowledge in Korean and Western herbalism, nutrition science, and wellness practices for those seeking connection between ancient medicinal knowledge and modern life. As a global citizen, she is deeply passionate about environmental sustainability, health, education, and human rights. She spends time between South Korea at her family’s farmhouse and Colorado.
