Slant’d was born from a series of intimate conversations between friends navigating their place in the world. Bonded by shared values and a craving for community, a small but mighty group of friends came together to create a literary magazine that freely explored big questions about identity and challenged the public narrative about what it means to be Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI).
