Shinka is a stone-milled, first-harvest matcha made from shade-grown tea leaves cultivated in the misty mountains of Yame, Japan. Renowned for producing some of the country’s most coveted teas, Yame is prized for its intense umami, natural nuttiness, and layered complexity—shaped by mineral-rich volcanic soil, mountain mist, and centuries of refinement.
